Auction Description

Smithsonian Craft Optimism - Amy Flynn by Amy Flynn--FOBOTS
Amy works with recycled vintage objects that reflect a time when simple, discardable items like packaging tins and common household goods where well-designed and beautiful, unlike those of our present plastic, throwaway culture. Each piece she sources is soldered and bolted together to create a one-of-a-kind robot, thus creating futuristic objects from vintage parts.
