Furthermore, MYNT AUCTIONS reserves the right to cancel or replace an order post auction if (a) it does not successfully pass and meet our quality control standards prior to shipping, (b) is no longer available because our products may be offered simultaneously on multiple platforms, or (c) it was sold in error by our Auctioneer. In the event this occurs, MYNT AUCTIONS may provide the winning bidder with the same, similar or upgraded item at no additional charge to the bidder; or at MYNT AUCTIONS' sole discretion, provide a refund or credit. Any Customer credit(s) will expire one (1) year from the date of issuance.
