William Smith/ SRQ Auctions shall not be held responsible for any inconsistencies in condition and will not accept any returns of merchandise. Our verbal and written descriptions of items being sold are our opinion, they are not a guarantee. Bidding on an item indicates the bidder understands the terms and conditions. All sales are sold as-is and are Final. If successful, payment is required day of sale unless a telephone, absentee or internet bidder in which payment is required within 5 days of the sale. If successful we will contact you the following business day. 18% Buyer's Premium Reduced to 15% with Cash or Check. 7% Florida sales tax unless tax ID form is presented.

Local pick-up and deliveries available - Shipping of "Smalls" will be coordinated with "The UPS Store" After Smith's/ SRQ Auctions Staff brings the items to "The UPS Store" after full payment has been received. Responsibility will be between buyers and "The UPS Store" after items are dropped at The UPS Store location. Please contact us for specifics. Arrangements for pick up or delivery must be made within 30 days unless other arrangements have been made.
