A lot consisting of three antique Indonesian Wayang Golek wooden puppets, including:
- A strong characters puppet; these characters are the worker bees of the Wayang world. If there is a battle to be fought, a forest to be cut, or a bridge to be built, the strong characters are ready.
- A semi-refined character puppet; while generally refined, these characters are a bit more direct than the purely refined characters and more inclined toward precipitous actions.
- A refined character puppet; heroes and heroines are usually of this type.
This lot may be picked up free of charge from our facilities in Sacramento, CA. Processing and shipping within the Continental US $75.00. All FedEx packages are sent with Direct Signature Required and insured at full replacement value for a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price, unless buyer accepts complete liability in writing. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.
Condition
Fair. Expected wear from age visible across each. The holding sticks connected to their torsos and arms are loose, but present. Please see photos.
