Carved stone sculpture by Plains Cree artist, Stewart Steinhauer, depicting a bear interlocked with a human figure. The rounded, biomorphic volumes and open-form negative space creates a continuous spiral around the central voids. The stone shows variegated green, tan, and ochre tones with a satin polish.
