Qualters, Robert (Bob) (American/Western PA, born 1934), Dumping Slag 1950, 2007, oil and mixed media on canvas, 40 x 60 inches, signed lower right, The Slag Dump was above Route 51 before it became the site of ill fated Century III Mall. Provenance: acquired directly from the artist.
Condition
