- Lot Description
"Naomi and her Daughters- in-Law" 1960 color lithograph by Marc Chagall. From the portfolio titled "Drawings for the Bible" published by Teriade in Paris and printed by Mourlot, catalogue reference number 245.These unsigned editions included 6,500 impressions printed on velin paper, and depicts a tender moment from the biblical Book of Ruth. Chagall uses deep earthy tones and expressive linework, a signature style highlighting his mastery as a colorist and storyteller. Image size 13.75"H x 10.24"W. Outside size 32"H x 27.5"W. Single linen rag mat with gold tone fillet, under glass with 3" traditional gold tone frame. Art was not examined out of frame. See photos. Good condition.

Fair Condition: Multiple issues but in our opinion, worth salvaging. Repairs and/or major issues will be detailed in the text and the worst shown in images.
