Knotzland shipping is free in the US. Are shipping days are on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. With COVID delays, special requests and Holiday season can affect this time frame. For custom inquiries, especially larger quantities; please allow 4-6 weeks for sourcing, sewing and fulfillment through our at-home sewists community - We're #Slowfashion Although we strive for perfection, please keep in mind that each item is unique and hand-made. Be assured that you will be receiving the exact fabric as shown in the photo but your piece may reflect different patterns and areas within the fabric. If you don't like it, we will be happy to exchange it for you with a free return label via email! Once an item is received, we will process your refund as a store credit or exchange with no questions asked. We have a commitment to the environment and our Knotzlanders and want you to comfortably wear our ties forever and ever. We don’t anticipate it but should you need a repair, your unique Knotzland products and components are covered for life. Just let us know and we will gladly send a return label to repair and ship back to you. Every purchase shipped will also be covered by insurance purchased at the USPS to cover any in route discrepancies. Knotzland will provide refund. -------------- Within seven (7) days of Artist’s receipt of payment from the purchaser, the Artist will ship the object(s) purchased. Sold objects will be shipped directly from the Artist to the purchaser. Shipping arrangements and charges will be determined by Artist and the purchaser and will not be the responsibility of the Smithsonian (including the Committee). The Smithsonian (including the Committee) shall not be responsible to Artist or the purchaser for any loss or damage to the Object incurred in transit or otherwise.
