A Famille Rose Porcelain Vase
of baluster form, raised on a tall slightly splayed foot, each side of the body decorated with a circular reserve enclosing birds perched on flowering branches, the shoulder applied with two blue and white elephant-head handles and painted with a band of bats and flowers, the neck decorated with two quatrefoil panels enclosing birds and flowers, all on a yellow T ground decorated with eight Buddhist emblems, bearing a Qianlong six-character iron red seal mark to the underside.
