A French Gilt and Patinated Bronze Figural Mantel Clock
manner of jean-joseph de st. germain, 19th century
having a circular dial signed Leroy a Paris with Roman numeral hours and Arabic numeral minutes at five-minute increments, the case formed with a figure of Cupid atop a drum-form clock case resting on the back of a bull, on a naturalistic base with scroll feet.

Clock accepts winding, runs and strikes but has not been tested for duration or accuracy. Case with several oxidized spots and areas of uneven patina, primarily on the bull. Possible repairs to putto's arms. Additional photos available upon request.
