Includes drawings of churches, public buildings, and architectural details in London, Somerset, Bristol, Devon, Paris, Rouen, Fontainebleau, Beaune, Dijon, Reims, Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg, and Strasbourg. Slater was a silver medallist of the royal Academy of Arts, and was awarded the Sharpe prize by the Royal Institute of British Architects.
