American Hepplewhite bow front chest of four graduated drawers on French bracket feet joined by a scollop cut apron. The apron is defined by a holly and mahogany inlay rope pattern within a railroad stringing. The case is constructed of mahogany and book matched mahogany veneers mounted with its original stamped brass octagonal plates, conforming cast bail handle drawer pulls, and stamped brass octagonal escutcheon plates. Eastern white pine secondary wood.
