BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A selection of late 19th to early 20th century lorgnettes and magnifying glasses. To include two pairs of lorgnettes with floral and scroll engraved handles, a further pair of silver lorgnettes and two magnifying glasses. Length of magnifying glasses 5.3 and 6.2cms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Scratches and areas of discolouration to some of the frames. The hinge to the one pair of lorgnettes has become loose and the frames keep dropping. There are a couple of chips to the lenses of one of the magnifying glasses. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition. - Shipping Info
