The original complete brown paneled calf measures 4 3/4 by 7 3/4". Rebacked in later light brown calf, with a later burgundy gilt morocco lettering label (corners strengthened, wear and tear, binding worn and occasionally dirty), a little section of the title page's upper margin cut (text intact), and some markings from an academic library. A few wormholes on the edge of the final few leaves. The midsection of the bookblock is partially broken. Text in Latin, French, and English.
