PAUL ANDERSON CLAY ARTIST I began working with clay in 1973 while attending Ventura College in Ventura, California. In 1976, I moved back to the Midwest and became a member of the Creative Arts Studio in Fargo, North Dakota. The Studio is an experimental multi-media work place for sculptors, photographers, painters, printers, and clay artists. Working with people in these various disciplines refined my way of seeing and my own work. The first years of my work with clay were spent making functional stoneware, porcelain and Raku pottery. As my interest in Raku grew, the focus of my work changed. PAUL ANDERSON CLAY ARTIST I began working with clay in 1973 while attending Ventura College in Ventura, California.
