Claude Monet (French, 1840-1926) After/Manner of: The Flowered Meadow, Oil on an antique canvas, signed Claude Monet and dated '98 (1898) on the lower right corner, framed.
Monet in regarded as the father of Impressionism, and his series of paintings of flowering fields are among the works in which his mature style flourished. This painitng shows meticulous skill in creating the spectral effets which made Monet famous.
19.1 x 21.8 inches; 24.75 x 27.5 x 2.5 inches frame.
