Chinese, 19th century Qing Dynasty. Porcelain charger or low bowl with hand painted enamel and gilt garden of peonies and chrysanthemums to center, with remnants of a gilt rim. Unmarked. Approx. diam. 11.5".
Rim with many chips and nearly full loss of gilding. 2" long hairline descending from rim. Some bubbling and losses to enamel. Foot with wear commensurate with age and use.
