Franz Bergman (Austrian, 1861-1936), early 20th century. A group of two Orientalist cold painted bronze figures of boys. One holding ceramic water pitcher on oriental carpet and one lying down with cigarette in hand. Both are marked on underside with impressed vasiform "B", and "Austria", boy on carpet is also signed "NAM GREB," to back of pitcher and boy lying down has impressed geschutzt # 3063. Approx. h. 3.625" (tallest); depth of boy lying down 5". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Anital, Riverdale, New York.
