18th century, English, sterling & cut glass, four footed master salts with spoons. George III, hallmarked London, 1765, maker's mark for Robert & David Hennell. Oval shape with scalloped gadrooned rims over reticulated sides with gryphon engraved crest, supported on ball & claw feet. Fitted cut glass liners and with 4 bright-cut associated spoons. Approx. 2.125" h., 3.625" x 2.875", 12.835 ozt total silver weight. Provenance: From the Private Collection of Mrs. Patricia Schuckmann, Roswell, Georgia.
