American, Late 19th/Early 20th century. Rococo Revival white marble turtle top parlor or center table with carved and pierced walnut wood frame with large beaded border above rectangular pierced panels with scrolled foliates above acanthus leaf and C scroll legs on cornice blocks above bun feet above wheeled casters, legs joined by undulating X form cross stretcher with elongated domed gadrooned accented with finial at center. Marble inscribed to underside indistinguishable 'from ? parlor' along with 9246 and raised '3'. Overall approximate height 29.5", width 47.25", depth 30.25".
Structurally sound with very slight wobble. Marble top with scratches, scattered stains, edges with rubbing and chipping. Areas with spitting or separation re-glued. Carved pierced section to one side below apron missing the carved decoration approximately 9.5" in length. Damage with wood loss at center finial on stretcher.
