Chanel (French, founded 1909), circa 1980s. A ladies vintage designer two piece wool skirt suit in tan with red grosgrain detailing, the long jacket with collarless neckline over five button placket, buttons with gold tone interlocking Cs logo, and with patch pockets to either breast and either hip, with bands of red grosgrain to pocket tops, cuffs, and a continuous band to collar, placket, and hem; the skirt of typical pencil form with banded waist and grosgrain bands across him and at hem, with back zipper closure. White label to interior of jacket and skirt "CHANEL BOUTIQUE" above interlocking Cs logo, above a second label "BERGDORF GOODMAN ON THE PLAZA OF NEW YORK". Also with labels indicating European size 38 (US size 8). Jacket length back of collar to hem approximately 28.5". Skirt width laid flat approximately 13.5", length approximately 21.5".Prior to bidding, please consult the additional photos provided and ask all pertinent questions (i.e. condition, size, etc.).
