Chinese, Jiaqing Period mark (1796-1820), likely 20th century. A thickly potted white porcelain dragon low bowl of round form decorated to exterior with hand painted overglaze and underglaze enamels with two green five-clawed dragons in flight amid cloud scrolls and fire set above stylized waves, the interior with a Shou (long life) symbol at center in red surrounded by green bats, allover with red painted accents. Underside with iron red hand painted Jiaqing imperial reign mark. Approximate diameter 11", height 3.5".
Light wear to bottom commensurate with age and light shelf use. No signs of chips, nicks, cracks, fractures, damage, or repair. Excellent condition overall.
