- Lot Description
Italian, 19th century. Ornate hand painted bombe stand with pink roses, leaves and stems in shaped medallions with scrolled foliate borders with yellow fields on green ground accented with additional scrolled and flower motif sprays; floral painting throughout. Stand with shaped hinged door on front with leaf tip handle that opens to reveal shelved storage within. Stand supported on four squat cabriole legs. Overall approximate height 32", width 22.75", depth 14".
Condition
Overall good condition. Hinged at base of cupboard door broken and door is not stable. Vertical crack to left side of case with repair. Front of case and door with a couple of vertical cracks with repair. Scattered chips, nicks and minor abrasions to finish as would be expected with age and usage.
