Late 20th century, Chinese; white ground porcelain with enameled polychrome decoration with gilded accents; each with a male guardian lion on the lid; the body having ringed lions at the shoulders and a fantasy armorial bearing of a double headed eagle with three crowns, and orb and scepter in it's talons; the shield depicting St. George.
