School of Sir Peter Lely (Dutch/English 1618–1680) portrait believed to be of of Anna Talbot, Countess of Shrewsbury (English, 1642–1702); oil on canvas; bust length portrait depicting the notorious and beautiful 11th countess with flowers in her curled hair, pearls at her neck, a rose at her decolletage; wearing a golden dress with split sleeves and a garter blue cloak.
