Frank Ivers Frayne (1839–1891) was a 19th-century American actor and sharpshooter associated with Western-themed theatrical productions. He was active in touring frontier dramas, where he frequently headlined and incorporated live marksmanship demonstrations into his performances. He is noted for an 1882 onstage incident in Cincinnati in which, during a sharpshooting stunt intended to strike an object placed on his fiancée Annie L. O’Neill’s head, the shot missed and resulted in her death.
