- Lot Description
Straight blade Moro Kris Sword with scabbard. Has cane wrapped grip. Pommel is of the traditional Kakatua motif found on many Moro kris and barung swords. The separation in the 2 piece blade takes a sharp turn downward, this is found starting in the late 19th century and dates this kris to that timeframe. Has magical incantation on blade.
Dimensions: 26.25" long overall, 19.5" blade.
This lot may be picked up free of charge from our facilities in Sacramento, CA. Processing and shipping within the Continental US $60.00. All FedEx packages are sent with Direct Signature Required and insured at full replacement value for a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price, unless buyer accepts complete liability in writing. Condition
Scabbard has various light dents, scrapes, and a split on guard area. Blade has areas of light pitting. Please see photos.
