- Lot Description
War spear (panilipo / falfeg) used by the Moros of Mindanao island in the Philippines. Head of fine ironwork, deeply grooved and provided with median ridge. Ferrule of iron, jute collar. Bamboo shaft capped with a spud of brass at base.
Dimensions: 54" shaft, 13" head. 67.25" overall length.
Processing and shipping within the Continental US $90. All FedEx packages are sent with Direct Signature Required and insured at full replacement value for a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price, unless buyer accepts complete liability in writing. Discounts given on combined lot shipping.
Condition
Iron has oxidation and pits. Shaft has age related wear. Please see photos.
