Double side bowl with handle, some wear on gold edging. Bavarian China Germany Biscuit jar.6" high . Gold castle hand painted 3.5" planter.5" hand painted vase. Hand painted footed round vase not marked 5" high.We have endeavored to describe all items to the best of our ability- however THIS IS NOT A WARRANTY. All items are SOLD AS IS. Personal inspection is recommended and welcomed during preview and any time before item is sold. The omission of a condition report in no way indicates the item is without flaws, damage, and age wear. Specific condition questions are welcomed at least 24 hours prior to the start of the auction. Each item's description is independent and should not be used as a precedent to judge other items. If you cannot ascertain the information to bid with certainty, please do not bid. Jewelry and precious metals are not automatically tested. This includes items that are stamped and hallmarked. Some items have been scanned in the Niton DXL. The readings have been noted, but this IS NOT A GUARANTEE. Personal inspection is always the best way for an individual to make the most informed bidding decisions. Precious stones are not tested or removed from mountings to determine carat. Appraisals are attached for some items. THIS IS ALSO IN NO WAY A GUARANTEE. Shipping of small unbreakable items will be handled in house. For fragile items, such as glass, china, pottery & figurines, we recommend the local UPS Store. They can be reached at (614) 939-5195 or store3910@theupsstore.com. Any item that cannot be sent through USPS or similar carrier must be sent by common carrier or specialty delivery services. You may contact these shippers for quotes on larger items. We will also provide the buyer with a list of alternative local shippers that have been used in the past if you would prefer. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all fees associated with shipping and packing. Estimates for in house shipping: $11 for material and labor for 12 x 12 x 12 interior carton. Actual shipping cost and insurance are not included in $11 handling cost. Adjustments will be made for smaller or larger shipments. Contact info@appletreeauction.com for additional shipping information. All property should be removed from our premises no later than 5:00 P.M. of the 7th business day following the end of the auction. Any property remaining on Apple Tree Auction Center's premises more than five (5) days after purchase will be subject to a five dollar ($5.00) fee per day, per item. Buyer's property remaining on the premises more than seven (7) days after the auction will be considered abandoned and will then become the property of the Auctioneer. Apple Tree Auction Center reserves the right to dispose of, sell, or otherwise distribute these goods without notification or dispute to/from the Buyer.
