Enveloped in black pigment. Jesus wears a loincloth and has one hand on his lap and the other to his side, while the cross is secured to a log-like base. Size: 8.7" W x 15.9" H (22.1 cm x 40.4 cm)

Condition
Jesus and cross are not original to one another, but both constructed in the period stated and joined at a later date. Surface wear as shown. Cross slightly loose in base and stable fissures to verso and base. Ample remaining pigments on Jesus and nice patina throughout.
