Native American, Southwestern United States, Zuni, ca. mid-20th century CE. A gorgeous sterling silver and turquoise necklace! The piece is comprised of four curved silver plates with saw tooth bezels and needlepoint shaped turquoise. The panels are linked to each other with a jumper ring, and the central panel has 15 silver pin shaped dangling ornaments. The verso of the central upper panel is stamped with a maker mark "ST" which runs partially off the edge. A chain with a push clasp makes this a wearable piece.
