We offer economical packing and shipping service. Items are packed in-house and shipped with Parcelforce / Royal Mail Post. Please email us in advance to ask for a shipping quote. If you are arranging your own professional delivery or chose to collect your items in person, the collection has to be made by prior arrangement through email. Please email us as soon as possible if you want to use your own delivery. All buyers and couriers must check their purchases before departure from the auction. Artspire will accept no claims for loss or damage after that. Please note : a) The ownership of any Lots purchased shall not pass to you until you have made payment in full to us of the total amount due. b) No purchase can be claimed or removed until it has been paid for. After the auction, all sold goods will be transferred to the Artspire warehouse. Once payment for lots has been received, please allow 5-7 working days for the lots to be released for collection or transportation. c) Once items are removed from the site, we will not take responsibility for any losses or breakages sustained.
