  A filigree skeleton center is set with five diamond inset plaques rotated forty-five degrees, surrounded by troughs filled with black enamel and and hand engraved edge. Milgrained edges. Approximately .30 carat of VS/SI H/I color diamonds are utilized. Platinum top skin bonded to 14K frame. Item weighs 4.8 grams.
