  Three lines of gems decorate the head of the ring. A row of octagonal cut natural emeralds is flanked on each side by a row of round brilliants. 1.89 carats of emeralds and 2.12 carats of I1/I2 G/H color diamonds. Item weighs 4.4 grams.
