  An alternating pattern of three diamonds then three French cut rectangular sapphires (possibly synthetic). Bead set diamonds and tension fit sapphires, milgrained edging on top, engraving on the side of the bracelet. Approximately 1.0 carats of VS2/SI I color diamonds, Item weighs 19.6 grams.
