• Lot Description
  An antique Chinese porcelain covered jar, featuring intricate Famille Verte and Iron Red enamel designs. This ovoid-shaped jar with a pointed finial lid is adorned with an elaborate motif of butterflies and floral arrangements. <br> One panel showcases a dense pink and orange stippled background with colorful butterflies and peony blossoms. The reverse side presents an elegant monochromatic iron red floral design, accented by calligraphic seal marks and additional butterflies in gold and red. The jar’s intricate border patterns along the base and rim add a refined touch to the composition.

  Condition

  Some surface grime and old adhesive residues, wear to gilt, some wear to enameling. Good.
