Columbus Planting the Royal Banner of Spain, and Taking Possession in the Names of the Sovereigns. The Oath of Allegiance Administered to his Followers Before the Timid Natives.", 1891. Color lithograph on paper, printed by Strobridge Lithography, professionally mounted to linen covered mat board, under plexiglass in gold metal frame, overall 36-1/4" x 45-1/4".

  Condition

  Moisture stains to lower left corner of linen, prior repairs and scattered inpainting done professionally when mounted to board along the perimeter and crease in center. Not examined outside of frame, good antique condition.
