• Lot Description
  Elaborately modeled in the Rococo Revival taste, the centerpiece features a large oval porcelain bowl with a gilt-accented rim and hand-painted floral garlands, supported on a dramatic sculptural base. The base incorporates four reclining turquoise-glazed ram or goat figures, each fitted with gilt collars and linked by draped gilt chains. Above, the rim is surmounted by seated putti figures modeled in white porcelain, adding further movement and ornament. The scrolling base is enriched with molded relief decoration, gilt highlights, and a matching turquoise ground, raised on four scrolling feet.
