  Sterling silver sautoir necklace with ring clasp and later added lobster clasp to adjust the length, double chains accented with faux seed pearls, and adorned with large briolette pear cut topaz, apprx. 40 x 24 x 10 mm; overall weight 23.1 gm.

  Very good antique condition, nice even patination, silver purity acid tested.
