• Lot Description
  15k yellow gold exquisite George III period (1760-1820) pin brooch, adorned with minute hand painted miniature portrait of a girl in a period outfit, under convex glass, framed with interwoven serpentine openwork frame, set with old cut pink corundum; overall weight 18.3 gm.

  Condition

  Very good, gold purity X-ray machine tested, part of pin possibly of later modification, stones with natural inclusions and flea bites coherent with age and use.
