  Hand-knotted wool carpet. The carpet features an elegant allover lattice of palmettes, floral sprays, and cloudband motifs rendered in muted tones of sage, ivory, gold, and soft burgundy. The intricately detailed field is framed by a wide primary border of scrolling vine and palmette motifs on a deep red ground, flanked by ivory guard borders with repeating rosettes.
