  A diamond inset frog with black enamel gem band top hat, enameled gloves, the right hand holding a gem inset bell, the left hand is grasping a black enameled top parasol with a gem fringe. Approximately 2.0 carats of rose cut diamonds, .75 carat of emeralds and .10 carat of natural rubies. Item weighs 8.8 grams.
