  18k yellow gold pair of shell form earrings with pierced omega back, satin finish, bezel set with round cabochon cut rubies, apprx. 4 mm each, and bezel set with oval cabochon cut blue sapphires, apprx. 7 x 4.5 mm each, and accented with round brilliant cut diamonds, total estimated diamond weight 0.40 ct, VS clarity, F color; marked on the side; overall weight 12.8 gm.
