• Lot Description
  Carved wooden plant or display stand featuring ornate Rococo Revival craftsmanship. The stand is made of rich, dark mahogany with a circular top, supported by an elaborately decorated tripod base with intricate scrolling acanthus leaves, floral motifs, and finely carved claw or ball feet. <br> The central column is adorned with deeply carved foliage and relief work, tapering elegantly towards the base, which features additional carved finials and decorative flourishes. This piece would have been used for displaying a plant, sculpture, or decorative object in a grand parlor or entryway.
