• Lot Description
  Whitman folder for mercury coin collection contains all but 1916D, 1921P an 1938 D. Condition ranges from AG to VF.

  Condition

  Good. Coins circulated throughout, the majority showing moderate to heavy wear with flat high points and partial to full loss of band detail; surfaces toned gray with russet and gold highlights, several with darker spotting and tarnish. Not cleaned, slabbed or professionally graded, and not removed from the folder for inspection. Folder worn: spine split and separating along the fold, covers scuffed and soiled, corners bumped and frayed, boards toned at the edges, with pencil check marks to several openings. Photographs document the 1916-1936 openings only; the 1937-1945 page is not shown.
