• Lot Description
  Consisting of large footed jar with fitted dome lid with traditional Chinese circular handle (to use as a foot, if needed), 9-1/4" x 8-3/4", and oval serving platter tray, 16-3/8" x 12-3/4" x 1-1/2". Exquisitely decorated in polychrome, depicting traditional Chinese handle basket with different flowers, and stylized dragons carvings, alternating with pairs of Peaches of Immortality, pistachio green borders and matte gilt highlights. Marked on the bottom: "Fron 18th Century Chinese Woodbloks In The British Museum With Special Permission to Mottahadeh" and Vista Alegre Portugal.
