• Lot Description
  Two round painted glass panels depicting traditional Renaissance style beauties in profile, hair pinned up in a curled style topped with a laurel crown, each surrounded by a frosted white and gold painted border of scrolling vine and mythological creatures, a label below each with latin inscriptions "Ars" and "Poesis". In leaded glass panel with chain for hanging. Signed "Paul Nicod Paris 1870" to the bottom of one and "N" within the portrait of the other.

  Good, no cracks, some wear to frame.
