Non original oyster perpetual dial, with faceted rectangular markers for all chapters, all second/minute hash marks at the dial's edge. Polished white dauphine type minute/hour hands, blued extra fine stick type sweep second indicator with marquee. Caliber 1210, 17 jewel manual wind movement. Note interior case back. Originally this case was for ref 6494, which has been crossed out and restamped 6422. This is typical when a watch goes to service and an issue is noted. This was done by Rolex, and can be seen even today, if a case receives serious damage. Lexan crystal with Rolex lock down crown.
Condition
Running at inspection, but not tested for accuracy. Watch has been recently serviced. including a new mainspring, with case and bracelet repolish.
