• Lot Description
  Cast Tibetan bronze sculpture of an Arhat (Luohan), shown seated in a relaxed posture atop a separately cast, four-legged pedestal incised with auspicious Buddhist emblems. The emaciated figure is rendered with striking anatomical detail—sunken chest, pronounced ribs, and a gaunt yet serene face—symbolizing his intense asceticism and spiritual devotion. The bronze bears traces of original gilding and natural age patina, with areas of light verdigris.
