• Lot Description
  Diamond inset heart form 3mm from the edge of the main body, containing .20 carat VS G/H color diamonds. Heart is permanently attached to the large flat link and jump ring 18K chain at the heart's bow. A spring ring could be substituted, enabling the heart and chain to be worn separately. Item weighs 18.5 grams.
